20 things to do instead of watching Television!

  1. Go for a bike ride with your friends.
  2. Take the dog for a walk around the neighborhood.
  3. Play a card game with your family.
  4. Help around the house by vacuuming.
  5. Practice your musical instrument.
  6. Write a letter to a pen-pal, your grandparents or other family member.
  7. Help plan your lunch box meal for the upcoming school week.
  8. Help do the laundry – you can separate whites from darks, fold socks and put clothes in their drawers.
